New Recruit Bootcamp (NRB) is an introductory level fitness bootcamp designed to get first-time participants jump started on their new fitness program.  NRB pushes bootcampers to their own limit with a heart pumping nonstop full body workout. NRB trainers cover a broad range of routines combining resistance, cardio, calisthenics and interval training to give participants hard earned results.
